Definitions

Seller refers to the owner of this website, USALibertyStore, to whom the order for purchase has been submitted.

Buyer refers to the individual or organization placing an order through the website.

Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Payment is required at the time the order is placed. If payment is declined or not received, the order will not be processed and no products will be shipped.

Shipping Policies

If an item is confirmed lost during shipping, the Seller will refund the total amount paid, including shipping costs.

Refund / Return Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.

Refunds or replacements may be issued if the Buyer contacts us within 30 days of receiving the item and the order meets eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the issue is caused by manufacturing defects or seller error.

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after being placed.

Once production has started, cancellations or modifications may no longer be possible.
